Realization 1
If I ate small amounts of food several times through out the day, I’d be healthier. If I caught up on some reading in between classes, I would be a little ahead. If I didn’t care so much about myself, I wouldn’t apologize to so many people. Lately, I’ve been saying “I’m sorry” way more that “I love you”.
